Select Options > Request Receipts > Request a Read Receipt.
Scroll down to the Tracking section and look towards the subsection that says For any message received that includes a read receipt request. Select Mail from the left sidebar to open your email settings. If Delivery Receipt was checked, an email from Microsoft Outlook will arrive when the message has been successfully delivered. This feature isn't available for accounts, or for IMAP or POP accounts such as Gmail, Yahoo!, or iCloud.
